philosophy

“La moda non è solo di sembrare bella pero è una cultura che ha cambiato il mondo per il miglio. La moda è una forma d’espressione è d’arte”.

Hi. I’m Rebecca & welcome to Living Life in the Front Row. Living in the Western Suburbs my whole life, I’ve come to realize that fashion is different everywhere you go. The styles & the perceptions… they all vary.

And that. That is what I want to teach. My life’s desire is to teach people about the quotation above which originated from day dreaming in Italian class whilst gazing at beautiful images of designer logos such as Viktor & Rolf, Dolce & Gabbana & Salvatore Ferragamo. Fashion isn’t just about looking fabulous; it’s a form of art & being aesthetically expressive.

Fashion is about appreciating all styles & concepts that not only brands but also individuals express when they walk down the street. That’s my philosophy. To stop people from giggling at what someone wear’s because style is in the eye of the beholder. Forget the trends & be you.

Fashion is everything. Inspiration is everywhere whether it’s at school (plaid skirts & high socks), at work (classic button ups & cuffs), architecture (the structure of a garment) or even melting ice –cream (the drape of a garment). There’s so much to fashion than what meets the eye!

Living Life in the Front Row metaphorically defines how my life is becoming better than my dreams. You know how the media portrays the Western Suburbs to be populated with uneducated & dodgy? Well let me tell you, working hard pays off & I hope that I can show you through my domain, Living Life in the Front Row.

I really hope to inspire fashion enthusiasts worldwide to dream big because you better believe that if you’ve got that passion, your dreams can become a reality.

I hope you enjoy Living Life in the Front Row with me
