Last night I had the honour of attending the wedding of 2 amazing people. Although weddings are just the best excuse to dress up, it was unbearably hot! Well.. That's Australia. I decided to go for a chic, feminine and sophisticated outfit. I went all black simply because I wanted the skirt and top seem like they were a set. I also wanted to add emphasis to the structure of the skirt, my red stained lips and these luxurious Yves Saint Laurent inspired earrings.
You might have seen that all black is very popular in fashion lately...& I couldn't be happier! All black is amazing. It gives you the opportunity to accessorize in which ever manner you want as it's a neutral tone. Now, the reason why I've added a photo of this set previewed at the Balenciaga SS13 show was to mention the skirt. This skirt was the inspiration for the skirt that I bought on Asos.
